 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing (BSN) &ndash; Mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Current and valid professional nursing license (SCFHS license).
 </li>
 <li>
 Master&rsquo;s degree in nursing education or healthcare education &ndash; Preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 BLS Instructor Certification &ndash; Preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a teaching or educational role within a healthcare setting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and deliver orientation programs for new nursing staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct needs assessments and design educational content based on clinical priorities
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide training on new policies, procedures, equipment, and clinical protocols
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate continuing education activities and certifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Support nursing staff in achieving and maintaining clinical competencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain documentation of staff education and competency records
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with Nursing Supervisor and the Quality Department to support PI and accreditation initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead clinical drills and simulation-based training
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor and support clinical instructors and preceptors
 </li>

 Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the overall operational management of nursing services within a designated unit or department. This includes ensuring high standards of patient care, staff supervision, shift coordination, and effective implementation of nursing protocols. The role also involves supporting the Nursing Director in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in nursing (BSN) &ndash; Mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Current and valid professional nursing license (SCFHS license).
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced certifications (ACLS, etc.) Mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years&rsquo; nursing experience, with at least 3 years in nursing leadership or management roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, and critical care is strongly preferred.
 </li>
