 is currently looking for a motivated, creative, and attentive
 
 
 bartender.
 
 
 In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Gain insight into guests&rsquo; preferences through verbal and nonverbal cues, anticipating needs and personalizing the bar experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, efficiency, and consistency, following established recipes and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure high quality and consistency of the guest experience&mdash;details matter, from glassware and garnish to pacing and presentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Speak knowledgeably and eloquently about the hotel, restaurant, menu, and beverage offerings, including spirits, wine pairings, and seasonal features
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, including proper setup, breakdown, inventory awareness, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Process guest checks accurately, manage cash and POS transactions responsibly, and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate and work cohesively with servers, barbacks, kitchen, and leadership to ensure smooth service flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle challenges with poise and positivity, resolving guest concerns thoughtfully and escalating when appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the ambiance and standards of the restaurant and hotel at all times while on property, serving as a visible ambassador of the brand
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications

 Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Passionate about hospitality, food &amp; beverage and possess a desire to learn
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communications skills and ability to multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and grooming standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
 </li>
