Job Description: We are seeking a talented and licensed Lash Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on experience and is passionate about delivering high-quality lash services while providing an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform lash extension services, lash lifts, and lash tinting</li><li>Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships</li><li>Ensure all services meet professional and brand standards</li><li>Uphold a polished, professional appearance in line with company dress code</li><li>Arrive on time and maintain a consistent, reliable schedule</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active state cosmetology or esthetician license (required)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience as a lash technician</li><li>Strong knowledge of lash extensions, lash lifts, and tinting</li><li>Excellent communication and client care skills</li><li>Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required):<ul><li>Experience with additional services such as waxing, brow services, or spray tanning</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Starting at 35% commission</li><li>100% of tips</li><li>Opportunities for growth and increased earning potential</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with photos of your work (if available).
