 Description
 
 
 
 Bargreen Ellingson is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our San Antonio team! This is an administrative role that includes plan checks, order entry, product tracking, customer communication and several other sales support functions.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Administrative partner to contract sales representative, managing all logistical aspects of contract jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Order products for jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organization of order quotes completed by project manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quote checks, plan checks, order entry, order tracking, managing all job logistics including delivery warehouse, freight, and install dates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication liaison between Contract Sales Rep, designer, supplier factory and oftentimes general contractor.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create O&amp;M manual with warranty information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Order reconciliation to close out job accurately and in a timely manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other responsibilities as directed.

 Advanced Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Quote projects based on plans and information from salesperson.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with day-to-day emergency calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with project accounts receivable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete additional plan checks prior to ordering process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule factory training visits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as Project Manager when salesperson is unavailable.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous high touch customer service, AQ, sales, project management or restaurant experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer literacy including strong excel knowledge and typing acumen.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational, and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent listening and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to multitask and quickly switch focus without losing sight of projects and goals.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Work Environment
 
 
 
 Generally indoor work environment with variable conditions.
 
 
 
 Physical Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Occasionally stand, stoop, bend, and kneel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to sit for long periods of time.
 </li>
 <li>
 While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear; read and identify numbers.
