Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&amp;B Purchase &amp; Procurement and Cost Controller to oversee purchasing activities and control costs across our food and beverage operations. This dual-role position is critical in maintaining profitability through efficient procurement practices and accurate cost control. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of F&amp;B supply chains, and hands-on experience in inventory and cost management within the hospitality or restaurant industry.Key Responsibilities:Procurement &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality products at the best possible prices.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.</li><li>Ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of food, beverages, and related materials.</li><li>Maintain and update approved supplier lists and product catalogs.</li><li>Process purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all purchases.</li></ul>Cost Control<ul><li>Analyze and control food and beverage costs to ensure budget compliance.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date cost sheets and recipe costing for all F&amp;B items.</li><li>Monitor wastage, portion control, and operational efficiencies to reduce costs.</li><li>Collaborate with culinary and service teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost reports for management and assist in budgeting and forecasting.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in F&amp;B purchasing and/or cost control, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost analysis.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.</li><li>High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety, hygiene standards, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,500.00 per month
