This is a full-time, hybrid position for a VP, Planning at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you act as a senior client leader, leading a team in the development of Media Strategy &amp; Tactical Media Recommendations, that deliver upon client objectives while striving for a high level of creative media thinking. You will work closely with others across MissionOne Media and BarkleyOKRP client experience teams, and you will partner closely with clients.

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 8 years of media planning experience</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of traditional media channels with an understanding of digital is preferred, but not a requirement</li>
<li>Ability to think critically and apply a strategic approach to all plans or projects</li>
<li>Experience in leading and managing a team</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media, Data &amp; Measurement, Project Management and Finance</li>

We&rsquo;re looking for an execution-driven SEO &amp; AI Optimization Supervisor to own organic growth for a few key clients. You&rsquo;ll blend technical SEO, content strategy, and AI-powered search to deliver measurable business impact.

Execution &amp; Technical SEO

The annual gross base salary range is $80,000- $92,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate&rsquo;s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This is a full-time, hybrid position for a Supervisor, Paid Social Media at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you will develop strategies and manage the performance of various paid search accounts, to drive client performance and growth. Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Responsible for campaign campaign development, stewardship, optimization, and reporting within various platforms, such as Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Builds relationships and maintains ongoing communications with media representatives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Integral activation lead in key client communication.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Present at all key client presentations and meetings.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Designs optimal buys in terms of cost efficiency, forecasting, account segmentation, bid management, goal delivery and vendor agreements.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Keeps a pulse on all media buys and is ultimately responsible for the post-buy results and ongoing reporting.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Updates Supervisor on status of current accounts on an ongoing basis and elevates and issues in a timely manner.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for overseeing all campaign tracking set-up and implementation before launch of a campaign, with support from Ad Operations.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Oversees creation of all reporting dashboards and is integral in presentations to clients on an ongoing basis.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Lead in collaboration with finance team members to resolve media billing issues.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensures strict adherence to client budgets while meeting client objectives.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Stays current on all media trends and opportunities in the industry.</li></ul>
