To ensure compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements related to labour laws, factory operations, environmental norms (GPCB), and other applicable industrial regulations.Key Responsibilities:1. Factory &amp; Labour Compliance<ul><li>Maintain and renew Factory License under the Factories Act, 1948 within due timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Labour Laws such as:</li></ul><ul><li>Contract Labour (Regulation &amp; Abolition) Act</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum Wages Act</li></ul><ul><li>Payment of Wages Act</li></ul><ul><li>Bonus, Gratuity, and PF &amp; ESIC provisions</li></ul><ul><li>Apply for and renew Labour Contractor Licenses; maintain records of all contractors and their statutory documents.</li></ul><ul><li>Liaison with Factory Inspector, Labour Officer, and other government authorities during audits or inspections.</li></ul>2. GPCB (Environmental Compliance)<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GPCB norms related to air, water, and hazardous waste management.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate for obtaining and renewing Consent to Operate (CTO) and Consent to Establish (CTE).</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain environmental records and reports (e.g., water analysis, waste disposal records, air emission reports).</li></ul><ul><li>Liaison with GPCB officials and consultants for audit reports and renewal of licenses.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; Record Keeping<ul><li>Maintain all compliance-related documentation in both soft and hard copy formats.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare monthly and quarterly compliance status reports for management review.</li></ul>4. Liaison &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with government departments like:</li></ul><ul><li>Factory Inspectorate</li></ul><ul><li>Labour Department</li></ul><ul><li>Pollution Control Board (GPCB)</li></ul><ul><li>Local Municipality or Panchayat for NOC-related work</li></ul><ul><li>Follow up with consultants and agencies for timely renewals and submissions.</li></ul>5. Other HR Compliance Activities<ul><li>Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in handling legal notices, show-cause letters, or compliance queries.</li></ul><ul><li>Support senior HR in any legal or administrative matter related to employees or plant operations.</li></ul>Interested candidates can share their CV at bbi.hr2@epoxyhouse.com with the following details:1.
