<ul><li>Build an ROI-driven marketing strategy and translate it into executable, tactical plans.</li>
<li>Establish processes and infrastructure in a low-structure environment.</li>
<li>Design and optimize the sales process for inbound leads and online B2B sales.</li>
<li>Partner with and manage external agencies.</li>
<li>Thrive in ambiguity; prioritize, test, and iterate quickly.</li></ul></li></ul><br>

<ul><li>Own SEO, SEM, PPC, AI search, display, retargeting, and paid social.</li>
<li>Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.</li>
<li>Launch full-funnel social campaigns that drive qualified prospects and sales.</li></ul></li></ul><br>

</p><ul><li>CRM, Lifecycle, and Ecommerce</li>
</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Drive lead generation and qualification; build scalable nurture programs.</li>
<li>Map and optimize the full user journey from first touch to repeat purchase.</li>
<li>Manage inbound lead capture, scoring, routing, and SLAs with Sales.</li>
<li>Support and optimize B2B ecommerce flows, merchandising, and promotions.</li></ul></div></li></ul><br>

</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Own website SEO optimization and technical hygiene.</li>
<li>Define and report ROI metrics, CAC, ROAS/ROSS, LTV, and funnel KPIs.</li>
<li>Run A/B and multivariate tests across ads, landing pages, and emails.</li>
<li>Execute content optimization for search intent and conversion.</li></ul></div></li></ul><br>

</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Lead PR initiatives; secure earned coverage and manage paid placements.</li>
<li>Plan and buy media across digital channels; manage budgets and pacing.</li>

<li>Update websites, product pages, and assortments with accurate content.</li></ul></div></li></ul><br>
