Job OverviewJoin Barreto&rsquo;s Cleaning Services as a Residential &amp; Commercial Cleaning Technician! In this role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services for homes and occasional commercial properties. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently and take pride in their work.Duties<ul><li>Perform residential and light commercial cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, bathrooms, kitchens)</li><li>Follow company checklists and cleaning procedures</li><li>Maintain a high level of detail and consistency in every home</li><li>Work efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes</li><li>Communicate with team members and management as needed</li><li>Properly use cleaning products and equipment</li></ul>Requirements / Skills<ul><li>Cleaning experience preferred (residential, janitorial, or housekeeping)</li><li>Ability to work at a steady, efficient pace</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Dependable and punctual</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re NOT Looking For (this helps filter people )<ul><li>Individuals who move at a slow pace</li><li>Inconsistent attendance or frequent call-offs</li><li>Lack of attention to detail</li></ul>Why Join Us?We are a growing company that values hard work, consistency, and team members who take pride in what they do.
