Skills</b></h3><div><ul><li><p>
Proficiency with Canva, all social media platforms, Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)</p>

<p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p>
</li><li>
<p>Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and attention to detail</p>
</li><li>

Experience</b></h3><div><ul><li><p>
Prior marketing experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred</p>

Responsibilities</b></h3><div><ul><li><p>
Design marketing materials for loan officers such as flyers, social media posts, slide decks, email signatures, landing pages, team logos, business cards, etc.</p>
</li><li>
<p>Create and edit engaging video content for social media, events, and internal company use</p>
</li><li>
<p>Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and company guidelines</p>
</li><li>
<p>Monitor social media accounts for compliance</p>
</li><li>
<p>Assist in event planning and coordination to promote brand awareness and engagement</p>
</li><li>
<p>Contribute to creating and fostering a positive company culture through office events and initiatives</p></li></ul></div></div><br>
