Electrical Maintenance:<ul><li>Perform maintenance of electrical systems, including replacing light bulbs, sockets, and cleaning or repairing circuit breaker panels.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to ensure continuous functionality.</li></ul>Equipment Maintenance:<ul><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and servicing to optimize performance and efficiency of equipment.</li><li>Replace or repair faulty components and ensure proper operation of machinery.</li></ul>HVAC and Refrigeration:<ul><li>Assist in the setup, maintenance, and repair of ventilation, heating, and refrigeration systems.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues to maintain environmental comfort.</li></ul>3-5 years of Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.Plumbing and Heating Systems:<ul><li>Maintain plumbing systems, including inspecting and repairing leaks, clogs, and other issues.</li><li>Ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.</li></ul>General Repairs:<ul><li>Perform manual repairs as needed, including fixing locks, replacing windows, and other minor fixes.</li><li>Conduct carpentry, painting, and other upkeep tasks to maintain facility standards.</li></ul>Facility Maintenance:<ul><li>Conduct general upkeep procedures and perform tasks assigned by management.</li><li>Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality across all areas of the facility.</li></ul>The job description shall be revised as per the requirements and on the discretion of the Company.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
