What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a SEO Specialist, you&rsquo;ll generate qualified roofing leads through sustainable organic growth. You&rsquo;ll ensure Bartlett Roofing dominates local search, converts traffic into leads, and builds long-term digital authority. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive organic traffic that converts to qualified leads</li><li>
Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO and conversion intent</li><li>
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all service areas</li><li>
Build local backlinks and maintain consistent directory listings (NAP)</li><li>
Develop and execute SEO-driven content strategy (landing pages, blogs, FAQs)</li><li>
Conduct technical site audits and improve Core Web Vitals</li><li>
Track SEO KPIs, analyze performance, and report results monthly</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of SEO experience (in-house or agency)</li><li>
Strong knowledge of local SEO, content optimization, and analytics</li><li>
Experience with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)</li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
As a Digital Ads Specialist, you&rsquo;ll drive high-quality roofing leads through paid digital advertising channels&mdash;Google Ads, LSA, Meta, YouTube, and others&mdash;maximizing ROI and lowering acquisition costs across markets. You&rsquo;ll own campaign performance from strategy to reporting, ensuring every dollar spent produces measurable results. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms</li><li>
Optimize campaigns for conversions, not impressions</li><li>
Continuously A/B test audiences, creative, and copy to improve CTR and lead conversion</li><li>
Track and attribute leads accurately using Google Tag Manager, WhatConverts, and CRM integrations</li><li>
Conduct weekly campaign audits, adjust budgets, and implement optimizations within 48 hours</li><li>
Manage ad-specific landing pages and collaborate with the SEO team on conversion rate improvements</li><li>
Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, and Conversion Rates to ensure high-performing campaigns</li><li>
Produce weekly summaries and monthly reports with actionable insights</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3><ul><li>
2+ years of experience in digital advertising (Google, Meta, or related platforms)</li><li>
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, audience targeting, and conversion optimization</li><li>
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)</li><li>
Data-driven mindset with proven ability to interpret and act on performance metrics</li><li>
