This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping clients and team members, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling</li><li>Support client communications and follow-up</li><li>Assist with billing, document management, and workflow tracking</li><li>Coordinate tax organizers, extensions, and return delivery</li><li>Support leadership with administrative projects and daily operations</li><li>Maintain organized client records and files</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities</li><li>Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude</li><li>Experience in an administrative support role</li><li>CPA firm, legal, financial services, or professional office experience is a plus</li></ul>Why Barton CPA?
