Job description:<ul><li>Strong experience in all works related to swimming pool and landscape projects</li><li>Plan the resources according to budget and time frame. Follow up the progress and reacting against delays.</li><li>Follow up with subcontractor the required arrangement to achieve their scope.</li><li>Handle with all types of material submittals.</li><li>Calculate the quantities &amp; negotiation with suppliers &amp; ordering the approved material for the job.</li><li>Review with Municipality for checking and re-design cases.</li><li>Check shop drawing and make sure to be implemented at site with compliance to the technical specifications.</li><li>Making sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements</li><li>Managing budgets and keeping records of payments</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>Arabic Preferred but must be fluent in English</li><li>APPLICANT MUST BE IN THE UAE</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
