About the Role 
We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, full-stack Marketing Manager with 4&ndash;6 years of experience to help drive our marketing engine. You&rsquo;ll wear multiple hats across demand generation, campaigns, website, content, and social, while leveraging AI and automation tools to amplify your output. This role is perfect for someone who&rsquo;s worked in early-stage startups (&lt;100 employees), knows how to build from scratch, and can balance strategy with execution.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Design and run demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline.</li>
<li>Manage and optimize our website for conversion, SEO and GEO visibility, and brand impact.</li>
<li>Create and distribute content (email, blog, social, customer stories) that builds engagement.</li>
<li>Build and refine marketing automation workflows to scale outreach and nurture leads.</li>
<li>Grow and engage our social media presence with creative, data-driven campaigns.</li>
<li>Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI, Canva AI, analytics copilots) to scale content, testing, and execution.</li>
<li>Experiment with GEO tactics &mdash; structuring content for AI-driven search, optimizing for large language models, and ensuring our brand surfaces in generative results</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and execute events, webinars, and local meetups to boost brand presence.</li>
<li>Measure, analyze, and experiment &mdash; continuously improving results.</li>
<li>Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and direct outreach.</li>
<li>Maintain a marketing calendar of upcoming activities to ensure smooth execution and alignment.</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with founders, sales, and customer success to align on go-to-market priorities.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
<ul>
<li>4&ndash;6 years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.</li>
<li>Experience working in startups under 100 employees, comfortable building with limited resources.</li>
<li>Proven track record in demand gen, content, website/CMS management, and automation.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, paid, social, email, analytics), and curiosity/early experience in GEO.</li>
<li>AI-first mindset: you actively leverage AI to move faster and smarter.</li>
<li>Experience in B2B marketing and lead nurturing.</li>
<li>Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable &mdash; you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li>
<li>Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with marketing platforms, CRM, and automation tools.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with a strategic approach to campaign planning.</li>
