</li><li>Driving strategic decisions for the business, you will develop and execute production and purchase plans in support of customer service goals, inventory targets, and manufacturing efficiencies.
</li><li>Combining you superior analytical skills with your thorough knowledge of current SCM concepts to define and participate in projects targeted to specific opportunities in SCM.

  What You Bring

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering; a background in Chemical Engineering is preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Fresh graduates are welcome; preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales. Prior experience in engineering plastics is highly preferred, while experience in the chemical industry is also acceptable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional communication, persuasion and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence decision‑makers and drive new business opportunities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability (or strong potential) to work effectively in a field‑sales environment, with a clear focus on identifying new customers, developing business continuously, and maintaining a high level of market activity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to communicate effectively in English and to manage business interactions, reporting, and coordination with regional and global teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   A valid driver&rsquo;s license with no travel restrictions, willingness to be actively present in the field, and openness to frequent travel (approximately 70&ndash;80%)
  </li>
  <li>
   While the role is primarily based in Istanbul, applicants currently living in Kocaeli or Bursa will also be considered for the role.

  </li>

   Identifying and developing new business opportunities across existing customers, new accounts, OEMs, and targeted industries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Understanding market and industry needs to effectively position BASF&rsquo;s product and service offerings.
  </li>
  <li>
   Leveraging both commercial and technical expertise to achieve business objectives
  </li>
  <li>
   Managing force majeure&ndash;related communication and processes to ensure business continuity

   Overseeing distributor performance and driving effective collaboration across T&uuml;rkiye.
