We are seeking a highly capable Project Engineer (Interior Fit-out) to join our growing team in Dubai. This role requires a civil engineering professional with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in managing interior fit-out projects from initiation through to successful completion.Role &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Take ownership of fit-out project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.</li><li>Plan, track, and update project schedules, milestones, and reports to ensure smooth progress.</li><li>Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and efficient coordination.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Review and validate technical documents, including shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs, proactively addressing any potential overruns.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all project activities.</li><li>Lead and mentor site teams, subcontractors, and supervisors to achieve high-performance standards.</li><li>Represent the project team in client and management meetings, providing accurate updates and recommendations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, construction drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in project management and engineering tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project/Primavera).</li><li>Familiarity with UAE local authority regulations and approval processes (Dubai Municipality, etc.).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure.</li><li>UAE driving license is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
