 About the Role
 
 
 We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist with a strong agency background and proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end.
 
 This role is responsible for building and executing marketing plans, driving measurable results, and ensuring strong stakeholder alignment across internal and external partners.
 
 The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and confident presenting to stakeholders while managing cross-functional coordination.
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Develop and own comprehensive marketing plans for assigned projects.

 Lead end-to-end execution of digital and offline campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage delivery timelines and coordinate with designers, content creators, agencies, and influencers.
 </li>

 Align with cross-functional teams (Operations, Projects, Business Development).
 </li>

 Drive target attainment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance using analytics tools and provide structured reporting with actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
 </li>

 Optimize campaigns based on data and performance trends.

 REQUIREMENTS
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3 to 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably from an agency environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with structured reporting capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using automation and AI tools (e.g., Zapier, ChatGPT, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate English proficiency (comfortable leading meetings and writing reports).
 </li>
 <li>
 Network of freelancers and influencers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in editorial or written magazine content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to coach or mentor junior team members.
 </li>

Senior Marketing Specialist

 We are looking for a Backend Lead who thrives in a fast-paced product environment and knows how to balance strong technical execution with effective people leadership. This role is for someone who can architect scalable backend systems, drive engineering standards, and grow a high-performing team, all while staying hands-on.  RESPONSIBILITIES

 Lead and mentor the backend engineering team; set technical direction, priorities, and best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Architect and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance backend systems across multiple products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive code quality through design reviews, code reviews, and engineering standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage team performance and growth, set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Scrum teams to deliver reliable, well-integrated backend solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, system risks, and performance issues proactively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute hands-on to development when needed, while maintaining a strategic view of the overall architecture.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of backend development experience, with 2&ndash;3+ years in a tech lead or team lead role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL; hands-on experience with Laravel or Symfony.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of Docker and containerized environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to lead teams technically and manage people, not just code.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a product-based company (preferably with consumer-facing platforms at scale).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of owning and resolving complex technical challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working across multiple tech stacks or migrating/integrating legacy systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in high-traffic, marketplace, or job-tech platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working with data and product teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building or scaling backend engineering teams from the ground up.
