<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Position Overview: 
</h1>This position is responsible for building campaigns that connect or iconic brands within the Digital Marketing discipline, including social media, ecommerce and digital ads. This position will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and the Executive team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:<ul><li>
Digital Marketing Strategy &mdash; lead cross-functional strategy across internal stakeholders and external partners to build scroll-stopping campaigns &mdash; from social to ecommerce to digital ads &ndash; for tentpole brands.
</li><li>PR &amp; Media Buzz &mdash; partner with agency partners, retailers, and brand teams to get our stories in front of the right audiences.
</li><li>Influencer Partnerships &mdash; partner with agencies and in-house team to identify and build relationships with creators who genuinely get our brands, and manage campaigns that feel authentic, not forced.
</li><li>Event Activation &mdash; bring our toys to life at conventions, retail launches, pop-ups, and influencer events (&lt;10% travel).
</li><li>Social Leadership &mdash; collaborate with our social coordinator and social ad team to deliver content that taps into cultural moments and sparks community engagement across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and emerging social media.
</li><li>Trendspotting &mdash; keep a sharp eye on what&rsquo;s viral, what&rsquo;s next, and what competitors are up to &mdash; then translate that into campaigns people want to share.
</li><li>Reporting &amp; Storytelling &mdash; recap campaigns with insights that prove the buzz worked and arm sales/licensing teams with data that wins deals.
</li><li>Team Collaboration &mdash; Team up with brands, sales &amp; licensing partners to make sure our launches hit all the right notes. Mentor interns and junior teammates, while streamlining projects through Wrike and cross-team coordination.
 
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or similar discipline.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years PR, influencer marketing, digital media, or brand activations.
</li><li>A love for social platforms and a sixth sense for spotting the next meme, trend, or must-do collab.
</li><li>Strong copywriting and storytelling skills &mdash; you can craft a pitch or caption that makes people stop scrolling.
</li><li>Organized and collaborative &mdash; you thrive juggling multiple partnerships, campaigns, and events.
</li><li>A creative brain with a data-informed mindset.
</li><li>Strong passion and knowledge for toys and the toy industry.
</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft office platforms.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of best practices in licensing.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize workload with urgency being a core value.</li><li>
Ability to partner and excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment.</li><li>
Critical thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>
Ability to travel, as needed.</li><li>
Full-time on-site position located at our company&rsquo;s headquarter offices in Boca Raton, Florida. 
We believe strongly in the philosophy that we are Better Together and that the collaboration and teamwork of being with each other in the office supports our culture the best. For this reason, we work in the office Monday through Thursday. We have chosen Friday as our weekly remote workday as we believe it to be the day that is most beneficial and effective for Basic Fun! and our employees.</li></ul>
