&middot;Manage all marketing materials, website updates, and social media presence on behalf of the group&middot; Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution&middot; Be the last point of contact with Company deliverables before they are published/distributed ensuring all formatting, aesthetics and content are in&#8208;line with Company standards and expectations&middot; Proactively generate ways to advance the Company&rsquo;s brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising&middot; Actively market and promote Company news and project development, property management and acquisition activities including formal press release distribution, article development / pitch, social media, etc.&middot; Prepare and manage leasing materials and project marketing materials as needed&middot; Ghost write articles on behalf of Company/key employees&middot; Responsible for the distribution and content of (electronic company newsletter)&middot; Assist team in the preparation of new business materials including RFQ/RFP responses, new business meeting pitch and prep, presentations, etc.&middot; Develop branded materials as needed: PowerPoint Template, RFQ and other supporting Materials&middot; Enhance Brand awareness in the Market&middot; Manage and assist the team in maximizing membership potential with various local, regional and national memberships, associations and affiliations&middot; Create the annual marketing plan/budget&middot; Implement the annual marketing plan&middot; Continually evaluate the public relations strategy&middot; Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging&middot; Create ideas for content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media&middot; Promote products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisation&rsquo;s brand and social media strategy&middot; Schedule social media posts using the necessary methods and technologies&middot; Cooperate with Customer service team to Interact with customers and dealing with customer&rsquo;s inquiries&middot; Supervise and set the training plan for the team involved in Marketing, social Media&middot; Develop new social media strategies and campaigns&middot; Manage a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising&middot; Keep track of data and analysing the performance of social media campaigns&middot; Collaborate with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent&middot; Meet with clients and other stakeholders (such as social media influencers). These meetings may involve pitching potential marketing campaigns&middot; Need to work closely with Data Analyist.&middot; Must be a team Player..Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
