ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (List the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. This should not be a task list or desk procedures, but the top 5 to 7 responsibilities of the job. Support benefits enrollment, vendor coordination, and communications related to health, wellness, and retirement plans.</li><li>
Lead communication efforts in partnership with the Benefits &amp; Wellbeing Manager, as well as Marketing &amp; Communications. Know and understand click rates / success metrics.</li><li>
Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, benchmarking, and pay structure maintenance.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of total rewards data and generate reports for as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate outfitter events such as wellbeing days, benefits fair, farmers market, and other programs and events to promote engagement and appreciation.</li><li>
Respond to outfitter inquiries regarding compensation and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality.</li><li>
Collaborate with payroll and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and timely processing.</li><li>
Stay informed about market trends, legal updates, and best practices in total rewards.</li><li>

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>
Preferred Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or applicable field</li><li>
Years of experience: Prefer 1-3 years of experience in HR, compensation or benefits administration.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
<ul><li>Must be able to use Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS systems (preferably Workday)</li><li>
Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>
Must be able to write creatively and prepare ongoing communications.</li><li>
Must be able to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.</li></ul>
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Regularly walks, sits, and does computer work.
Occasionally stands.
Seldom/Never lifts up to 50 lbs.
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:
Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.

Total Rewards Coordinator

<div>POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Technical Designer leads the fit, construction, and technical development of apparel from concept through production. This role ensures product consistency, performance, and brand integrity across categories, while collaborating closely with design, product development, and merchandising teams. With a strong understanding of the apparel industry and market demands, the Technical Designer drives innovation through patternmaking, garment construction, trim and notion specifications, fittings, and material problem-solving across product lines. These skills support the development of complete and accurate tech packs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Lead the technical development of assigned apparel styles from concept through production, ensuring fit, construction, and quality align with brand standards and consumer needs.</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Design, Product Developers, and Merchandising teams to execute seasonal strategies and deliver innovative, functional products.</li><li>
Create and manage detailed tech packs, including specifications, construction methods, and fit standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency across categories.</li><li>
Conduct and lead fit sessions using dress forms and live models, providing clear feedback and direction to vendors and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Analyze prototype and fit samples for measurement, construction, and quality, resolving technical issues related to fit, fabric, grading, and production cost.</li><li>
Maintain consistency in fit and construction across vendors and product categories, leveraging fit blocks and digital tools (2D/3D) where applicable.</li><li>
Communicate effectively with overseas offices and vendors to ensure timely development and production, while proactively identifying and resolving potential challenges.</li><li>
Support product testing and wearer trials to validate fit, performance, and durability.</li><li>
Supervise and mentor junior technical design team members as needed.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Apparel Design, Technical Design, Textile Science, Product Development, or a related field. Equivalent experience or education may be considered.</li><li>
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in apparel technical design, with demonstrated expertise in at least two areas such as patternmaking, garment construction, garment fitting, or grading. Preferred experience includes leading product categories in tops and bottoms within the apparel industry.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
<ul><li>Brings expert knowledge of the full apparel development process, including fit, construction, and manufacturing, with strong skills in tech pack creation.</li><li>
Proficient in key industry software, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, PLM systems, and digital patternmaking tools; experience with 3D design platforms like CLO or Browzwear is a plus.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, confidently leading fit sessions and providing clear, actionable feedback to ensure alignment on technical specifications and garment execution.</li><li>
Experienced in mentoring and guiding team members, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving fit, quality, and production challenges.</li><li>
Adaptable and collaborative, thrives in fast-paced environments and contributes to a positive, inclusive team culture.</li></ul>
