The Senior Digital Merchandiser will play a pivotal role in enhancing our product visibility and maximizing our online sales potential. With a blend of creative vision and data-driven insight, this role will refine the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience that aligns with our brand's identity and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Lead the development and execution of innovative merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement across all online platforms.</li><li>
Partner with buying, planning, and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment of product assortments with inventory management, promotional activities, and marketing calendar.</li><li>
Analyze and interpret complex data from various analytics platforms to understand customer behavior, optimize product placement, and increase conversion rates.</li><li>
Oversee the visual merchandising of product categories, ensuring an aesthetically pleasing and intuitive user experience.</li><li>
Ensure product information, descriptions, and multimedia content are accurate, compelling, and optimized for SEO &amp; other digital marketing channels.</li><li>
Manage the daily maintenance of the online product catalog, including product launches, listing updates, and pricing adjustments.</li><li>
Work in unison with cross-functional teams to align online promotions, marketing campaigns, and content with the overarching brand strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message.</li><li>
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.</li><li>
Train, mentor and develop new Outfitters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, with a proven track record of success in an e-commerce environment.</li></ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
<ul><li>Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.</li><li>
Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), e-commerce platforms, and SEO best practices.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with content management systems.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.</li><li>
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.</li></ul>

Sr. Digital Merchandiser- Shooting

<div>POSITION SUMMARY:
The IT Service Operations Specialist 1 will work on-site at our corporate office in Springfield, MO and is responsible for providing 7x24x365 monitoring and operational support 12 hour shifts. They operate and monitor systems and infrastructure components and implement approved changes per established documentation and in collaboration with Analysts and Engineers. This role responds to alerts per established processes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>
Monitors enterprise systems, applications and infrastructure components on multiple platforms. Enters commands to clear computer system/start operation or to correct error/stop/resume operations.</li><li>
Executes defined processes, procedures, batch jobs and backups in a multi-platform environment in accordance with established policies.</li><li>
Implements approved changes to systems and infrastructure components in strict adherence to established documentation and in collaboration with Analyst and Engineers - promoting best practices and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Reads instructions and schedule, such as schedule of documents to be printed, or receive instructions from supervisor orally, to determine work for shift. Record problems which occurred, such as down time, and actions taken.</li><li>
Supports and participate in collecting, analyzing, and reporting metrics on regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
Develops and maintains computer operations documentation and procedures.</li><li>
Notifies supervisor and/or technician of errors or equipment stoppage. Works with support teams and vendors to handle any abnormal conditions in the datacenter.</li><li>
Communicates outages to user base per established notification process.</li><li>
Maintains and controls tape inventory and manages the shipment and transporting of tapes as required. Performs tape rotation activities across all platforms as required.</li><li>
Prints and distributes daily, weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma</li><li>
Preferred Degree: Associate&rsquo;s degree</li><li>
Certificate(s) or License(s): Data Center Certification (preferred)</li><li>
Experience: One (1) to two (2) years of experience required,</li><li>
ITIL V3 Foundations (preferred)</li><li>
(Major) Incident Management experience (preferred)</li></ul>

Regular computer work, sitting, talking, listening, and use of hands to finger, handle or feel.</li><li>
Occasional standing , walking, reaching with hands and arms, repetitive use (or motion) of arms and hands, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20-40 pounds.</li></ul>
