POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Retail Used Firearms Outfitter position responsibilities include the evaluation and purchase of used firearms, the acquisition of used firearms into the bound book, and ensuring proper payment to the customer. This role provides legendary customer service experience to every customer by greeting, consulting, and assisting them in finding merchandise and making buying decisions.This includes processing firearms transactions in an efficient manner in accordance with all internal policies, procedures, and applicable law. This position initiates all 4473 forms with customers and is responsible for conducting the final check of applicable company, state, and federal forms prior to a firearm being transferred to the customer.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Evaluates, appraises and purchases used firearms utilizing experience of firearms knowledge and resources.</li>
<li>Acquires all firearms legally and in accordance with all ATF, state, and local laws and regulations and with company policies and applicable regulations including:</li>

<li>Certifying and screening all potential firearm transfers for legality of the sale, complying with waiting periods or other possible state requirements and straw purchases,</li>

<li>Participates in ongoing training including, but not limited to firearms and shooting product information, diverse shooting discipline awareness, systems training, compliance related training, and selling skills / techniques.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Yacht Assembler is responsible for the assembly of the deck, deck to hull joining, final assembly, boat carpet installations, wiring installations, and component installations of our product from our internal suppliers to our internal customer.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Selects appropriate part as to part number, color, and size of the boat the part is being installed into.</li>
<li>Pre-cuts fiberglass mat for use in bulkhead to hull joining process.</li>
<li>Drills holes in correct location on deck or hull into which screws, or bolts will be inserted to secure various accessories or parts.</li>
<li>Installs appropriate part or accessories using a wide variety of securing devices such as screws, bolts, hold-down brackets, hose clamps, glue, or fiberglass.</li>

<li>Joins deck to hull.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Detailer performs various detailing and transportation of new and pre-owned boats, motors, trailers and ATV’s in support of a TMBC Sales, Service and Parts operation.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>

<li>Washes, cleans, waxes, vacuums, etc. interiors and exteriors of boats for scheduled customer pickups, display and service customer units.</li>

The Cashier is responsible for checking out customers merchandise through the POS registers. They perform various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.</li>
<li>Approaches all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.</li>
<li>Remains product knowledgeable.</li>
<li>Remains aware of advertised sales.</li>
<li>Stocks and straightens shelves and pegs in the immediate area when not directly ringing up product.</li>
<li>Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:</li>
<li>identifying and evaluating customers needs,</li>
<li>making product recommendations based off of this analysis,</li>
<li>promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up.</li>
<li>ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED</li>

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers</li>
<li>Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates</li>
<li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers</li>
<li>Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system</li>
</ul>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Constantly stand and/or walk during shift</li>
<li>Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc.</li>

<li>Constantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>
<li>Occasionally work in low or high temperatures</li>
<li>Occasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind.</li>
<li>Occasionally work in noisy environments</li>
<li>Light work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 50 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)</li>
</ul>
INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT: 
<ul>
<li>Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation. Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems. Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments. Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.</li>
