POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Retail Planning Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of retail development initiatives for new and existing Bass Pro Shops and affiliated retail locations. This position plays a key role in managing the procurement, design coordination, scheduling, and installation of store fixtures, signage, and related retail components. The role partners closely with internal departments, external vendors, contractors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company standards and brand expectations.
 
This position also supports companywide programs related to fixture and signage rollouts, seasonal retail initiatives, and the coordination of taxidermy and artifact acquisition, distribution, and installation processes.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Manage and coordinate fixture and signage procurement activities for new stores, remodels, retrofits, and special retail initiatives across the company.</li>

<li>Local travel to purchase used firearms out of store</li>

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

<li>Constantly stand and/or walk during shift</li>
<li>Constantly communicate with others to exchange information</li>
<li>Constantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>
<li>Constantly assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned</li>
<li>Occasionally operate machinery and/or power tools</li>
<li>Occasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, step stools, etc.</li>
<li>Occasionally work in noisy environments</li>
<li>Light work that includes constantly lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 50 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)</li>
