What You Will Do:</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead and supervise plumbing team members both in the field and during service calls</li><li>
Provide on-the-job training for customer service and technical development</li><li>
Manage and ensure quality service for plumbing jobs, permits, and inspections</li><li>
Actively run service calls and resolve customer concerns</li><li>
Conduct performance evaluations for plumbing team members</li><li>
Foster a dynamic sales culture and growth mindset within the department</li><li>
Hire, train, and lead a high-performing plumbing team</li><li>
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction standards</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Will Bring:</b></h3><ul><li>
3-5+ years of experience as a plumbing field supervisor - preferably in residential plumbing.</li><li>
Proven residential service plumbing experience (required)</li><li>
Licensed Master Plumber or Contractor License (preferred but not required)</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Strong sales and business acumen</li><li>
Exceptional communication and leadership skills</li><li>
Ability to hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving company goals</li><li>
Knowledge of computer systems and software</li><li>
A forward-thinking attitude with the ability to adapt to growth and change</li></ul></div>
