Position Summary</b></div><div>
Bassett Services is looking for an Office Coordinator with accounting knowledge to provide front-line administrative support to the office while assisting with routine accounting tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Key Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>
Administrative Support</b></div><ul><li>
Manage front desk/office operations including walk in customers, mail, and office supplies</li><li>
Tablet, phone and laptop procurement and management</li><li>
Manage team announcements via Yodeck on TVs</li><li>
Support onboarding and general HR administrative tasks as needed</li></ul><div><b>
Accounting &amp; Finance Support</b></div><ul><li>
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing</li><li>
Check and cash deposits</li><li>
Reconcile credits on customer accounts</li><li>
W9, COI and Bond Requests</li><li>
Assist with Company Event Planning</li></ul><div><b>
Required Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required; Associate&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant or office support role</li><li>
Working knowledge of basic accounting principles (AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliation)</li><li>
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>
Experience with Service Titan software preferred</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience supporting finance or accounting departments</li><li>
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)</li></ul><div><b>
