Job Description:We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member who can support our company with Revit drafting and modeling, interior design assistance, and administrative tasks when drafting work is lighter.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical and creative work and is willing to jump in where needed. The right person will be organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. One part of the role will involve creating and updating plans in Revit. Another part will involve helping with design selections and accent wall concepts. this person will also assist with administrative and office support tasks.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create, update, and revise drawings and models in Revit</li><li>Assist with drafting residential plans and construction-related documents</li><li>Help develop accent wall ideas and support interior design selections</li><li>Organize design information, materials, and project documents</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks, office organization, and project coordination</li><li>Help maintain files, schedules, and internal systems</li><li>Support the team with various tasks based on current project needs</li><li>Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and vendors</li><li>Stay productive and flexible during shifts in workload</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience using Revit</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Comfortable helping with both design-related and administrative tasks</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Reliable and dependable</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with residential drafting or home design</li><li>Interest in interior design and material selections</li><li>Experience with accent wall design or finish selections</li><li>Administrative or office experience</li><li>Familiarity with construction documents and building plans</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:We want someone who is not above doing whatever needs to get done. This is a versatile role for a person who can help with Revit production, contribute to design, and support office operations when needed. We value someone who is motivated, adaptable, and takes pride in doing quality work.Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
