Primary Duties</b>: The HR Associate I supports the daily operations of the HR department by managing front desk responsibilities and assisting with routine HR tasks. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all employees and guests.</div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Greet and assist employees, applicants, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner</div></li><li><div>
Answer basic questions related to HR policies, benefits, job openings, and procedures</div></li><li><div>

Assist with onboarding tasks such as distributing forms and scheduling orientations</div></li><li><div>
Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data entry</div></li><li><div>
Support HR events and communications by preparing materials and posting notices</div></li><li><div>
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail for the HR department</div></li><li><div>
Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information</div></li></ul><div><div><b>
Education and Experience Requirements:
</b></div></div><ul><li><div><b>Required</b>: High school diploma or GED</div></li><li><div><b>
Preferred</b>: Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</div></li></ul><div><div><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div><br>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</div></li><li><div>
Basic understanding of HR functions and confidentiality practices</div></li><li><div>
