Supervisor</b><b> - A shift (Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm)</b></p><p><b>
Job Summary: </b>Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the production feeder line, ensuring the efficient and timely manufacturing of goods.</p><p><b>
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Guiding and leading production teams.</li><li>
Coordinates and directs production activities to ensure goods are manufactured efficiently.</li><li>
Analyzes production documents to determine requirements and plans work schedules accordingly.</li><li>
Collaborates with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.</li><li>
Maintains accurate records of operations data including employee time, production, and costs.</li><li>
Prepares reports on shift performance for departmental supervisors.</li><li>
Implements measures to motivate employees and enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.</li><li>
Requests materials, supplies, equipment parts, or repair services as needed.</li><li>
Maintains regular attendance and be punctual for assigned shifts.</li><li>
Fosters cooperative relationships with colleagues.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.</li></ul><p><b>
Education and Experience Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
A minimum of HS graduate/GED. Education beyond the minimum is an added advantage for career development activities.</li><li>
A minimum of 3-5 years&rsquo; industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.</li></ul><p><b>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>
Strong attention to quality detail and good decision-making.</li><li>

Work Environment:</b></p><ul><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods throughout your shift.</li><li>Ability and willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) specific to each work area.</li><li>Capacity to work in a manufacturing environment that may include:</li></ul><ul><li>
Extreme temperatures (both hot and cold),</li><li>
Loud noise levels,</li><li>
Dust and chemical fumes,</li><li>

Inventory LEAD A-SHIFT</b></p><p><b>
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Completes AAON&rsquo;s Production Leader Program.</li><li>
Leads a team of workers, including assigning tasks and providing guidance.</li><li>
Motivates and mentors team members to maximize productivity and quality.</li><li>
Collaborates with management team to ensure production targets are met.</li><li>
Allocates resources, including labor, equipment, and materials to support the production plan.</li><li>
Monitors and enforces quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards.</li><li>
Investigates and addresses production and quality related issues as they arise.</li><li>
Ensures all safety protocols and regulations are followed.</li><li>
Conducts safety training and audits and provides recommendations for safety improvements.</li><li>
Identifies opportunities for process optimization and improved efficiency.</li><li>
Implements changes and oversees process improvements to enhance productivity.</li><li>
Maintains accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.</li><li>
Coordinates with inventory control teams to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.</li><li>
Generates regular reports on performance, including productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics.</li><li>
Provides regular updates to management on production status and challenges.</li></ul><p><b>
Education and Experience Requirements:</b></p><p>
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or an equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred.</p><p><b>

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control and safety regulations</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>
