We are seeking an experienced Export Executive with in-depth knowledge of export documentation, shipment processes, and international trade compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end export operations independently.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Prepare and manage all export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, etc.) in compliance with international regulations.&middot; Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and shipping lines for smooth dispatch of shipments.&middot; Ensure compliance with customs regulations and relevant export laws.&middot; Track shipments and maintain accurate export records.&middot; Handle pre- and post-shipment documentation for various modes (sea/air).&middot; Liaise with internal departments for timely order execution.&middot; Maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, banks, and inspection agencies.Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce/Business/Logistics or related field.&middot; Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in export documentation and operations.&middot; Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC documentation, and customs clearance procedures.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).&middot; Good communication skills (written &amp; verbal).&middot; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
