 The incumbent will be responsible for managing P&amp;L of the store
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Store administration Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage a Bata store within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and turnover maximization
 </li>
 <li>
 Total operational and financial responsibility for the assigned store
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team ; coach and train the team for operational excellence/passion to serve
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Business performance review
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure maintenance of company Prosperity Card; permanent prosperity card; performance review card; Daily mirror and Individual prosperity card for sales promoters
 </li>
 <li>
 Undertake weekly; daily meeting with store staff to discuss &amp; review
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate Target for week &amp; day
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 ii) Review store/ salesman performance: for day &amp; week; Individual prosperity card
 
 
 iii) Communicate new launches received; display; &amp; provide product knowledge
 
 
 iv) Plan action for clearance of stocks: Slow sellers; special promotions; discounted stocks
 
 
 
 Merchandise Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure &ldquo;Stock standard&rdquo; across stores are maintained (Totally and across categories) within the approved level. Achieve overall stock turn in pairs &amp; value as per company norms (presently: 3)
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with district manager for
 </li>
 <li>
 Proper supplies (across categories) for stocks
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 ii) Plan schedule for store re-supplies (Route Planning) Inform &amp; update
 
 
 
 Store Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Control day to day operations by scheduling sales promoters and assigning productivity norms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure shop open &amp; fully ready during business hours as decided by company. Also ensure extended hours (if required) as per market requirements in accordance with provisions of law
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure maintenance of proper ambience and hygiene for store in accordance with guidelines of company. (Store selling area, stock area, stock, furniture, and fixtures)
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose, seek approval and execute minor renovations for existing stores. Undertake minor repairs directly as per chart of authority
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Visual Merchandising &amp; display
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure store display as per company visual display guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure &ldquo;Theme of Month&rdquo; is implemented in store
 </li>
 <li>
 Proper display area (zone; corner; panel) for special Promotions &amp; discounted stock in store
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Manpower Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure amount of manpower in line with store productivity norms
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure store promoters are presentable; trained; punctual &amp; disciplined
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide necessary support and resources to sale staff to motivate and optimize performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure grievances of store personnel are expeditiously resolved
