What you&rsquo;ll do</b></div><div><b>
</b></div><div>
In this role, you will provide general support to the Legal department by drafting and negotiating contracts, conflicts analyses and litigation-related work involving experts, document management and collections. You will:</div><div>
</div><ul><li>
Prepare and negotiate client engagement letters.<br>
</li><li>Review and negotiate firm contracts with vendors/third parties.<br>
</li><li>Perform conflicts analyses under supervision of Associate General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel.<br>
</li><li>Provide advice on litigation-related matters involving experts.<br>
</li><li>Manage documents relating to contracts, conflicts, and other Legal Department files.<br>
</li><li>Assist General Counsel and Finance Partner with financial management of client relationships.<br>
</li><li>Serve as legal liaison to Research Department regarding resources and data management.<br>
</li><li>Work closely with AR and leadership to identify outstanding receivables that may require Legal follow up.<br>

What you&rsquo;ll bring to the table</b></div><div><b>
</b></div><ul><li>
Juris Doctor degree and active license in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia required.<br>
</li><li>Minimum 3 years of law firm or in-house legal experience.<br>
</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with clients and employees at all levels.<br>
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.<br>
</li><li>Exceptional judgment and discretion.<br>
</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.<br>
</li><li>Ability to perform essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.<br>
</li><li>May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.</li></ul><div><b>

Competitive compensation&mdash;the salary range for this position is $140,000 to $160,000. This position is also eligible for bonus compensation on a discretionary basis. The actual salary offered for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including qualifications and experience, education, external market data, and internal equity.<br>
