<div>Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Call Center Lead-Setter who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work. 
Call Center Lead-Setter Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School diploma or equivalency (required)</li><li>
1 (+) year(s) of appointment setting and sales experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and various applications; knowledge of our brands; bilingual in Spanish (preferred)</li><li>
A passion for customer service and working as a team</li><li>
Efficient interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational skills</li><li>
Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges</li></ul>
Call Center Lead-Setter Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Participate in goal-setting meetings with management and team</li><li>
Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer call to the appropriate extension</li><li>
Review daily call cues to confirm appointments and leads</li><li>
Coordinate schedules for Remodel Design Associates and Solar Sales Advisors</li><li>
Provide front desk coverage for walk-in traffic and events as needed</li></ul>
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr. plus bonuses

Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)</li><li>
.5-1-hour meal break, non-exempt</li><li>
Monday-Friday: 8:30pm-5:00pm</li><li>
Rotating Saturday and events: 9:30am-3:00pm</li></ul>
