Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We&rsquo;re hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for calling leads and scheduling appointments over the phone.
Position Details:<ul><li>
Schedule: Monday&ndash; Friday 1pm-7pm</li><li>
Pay: $18/hour PLUS BONUSES !!</li><li>
Location: HYBRID or in office</li></ul> 
About the Role:<ul><li>
Make calls to leads to generate free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling</li><li>
Follow up with warm leads who haven&rsquo;t scheduled yet</li><li>
Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Great phone presence and conversation skills</li><li>
Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities</li><li>
Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus</li><li>
Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented</li><li>

<div>Poulin Design Center has been a family-owned home remodeling company for over 40 years! We are seeking a Call Center Lead-Setter who embodies our company culture, demonstrates innovation and integrity, and will help us uphold our reputation for exceptional customer service and quality work. 
Call Center Lead-Setter Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School diploma or equivalency (required)</li><li>
1 (+) year(s) of appointment setting and sales experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and various applications; knowledge of our brands; bilingual in Spanish (preferred)</li><li>
A passion for customer service and working as a team</li><li>
Efficient interpersonal communication, time management, and organizational skills</li><li>
Sound decision-making, problem-solving, and adaptability to challenges</li></ul>
Call Center Lead-Setter Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Participate in goal-setting meetings with management and team</li><li>
Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer call to the appropriate extension</li><li>
Review daily call cues to confirm appointments and leads</li><li>
Coordinate schedules for Remodel Design Associates and Solar Sales Advisors</li><li>
Provide front desk coverage for walk-in traffic and events as needed</li></ul>
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr. plus bonuses

Schedule:<ul><li>
Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (on-site)</li><li>
.5-1-hour meal break, non-exempt</li><li>
Monday-Friday: 8:30pm-5:00pm</li><li>
Rotating Saturday and events: 9:30am-3:00pm</li></ul>
