<div><p>Join our team as an <b>Event Marketing Coordinator</b> supporting the Bath Fitter and Kitchen Saver brands! In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee event and retail marketing operations, manage logistics, and ensure high‑quality lead generation across all markets.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Source, book, and manage high‑performing events and retail partners.</li>
<li>Keep event lead costs within budget</li>
<li>Handle event contracts, applications, and insurance documentation.</li>
<li>Coordinate setup, teardown, transportation, and display upkeep.</li>
<li>Build schedules using all available staffing resources and approve weekly 1099 timesheets.</li>
<li>Maintain event inventory and manage office budgets.</li>
<li>Analyze event performance to ensure standards are met.</li>
<li>Mentor and support 1099 Event Coordinators and event reps.</li>
<li>Ensure leads are submitted within <b>24 hours</b> and maintain a <b>1 lead per hour</b> standard.</li>
<li>Confirm all event logistics <b>30 days in advance</b>.</li>

<li>Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities</li>
<li>Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions</li>
<li>Experience mentoring or coaching a team (bonus: experience with 1099 workers)</li>
<li>Comfortable managing budgets and deadlines</li>
<li>Event marketing, field marketing, or related experience preferred</li>
