Bath, Kitchen &amp; Tile is looking for a Kitchen &amp; Bath Sales Designer to join our Wilmington showroom.In this role you&rsquo;ll work directly with homeowners to design kitchens and bathrooms while guiding projects from the initial consultation through completion.This is a great opportunity for someone with kitchen and bath experience who enjoys working with customers and wants the ability to grow their income in a sales-driven role.What we&rsquo;re looking for:<ul><li>Experience in kitchen and bath remodeling or design</li><li>Strong communication and customer skills</li><li>Design software experience is a plus</li></ul>This is a full-time showroom position with uncapped commission potential.Pay: From $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
