What You Will Do:</h3>

Coordinate patient care processes including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and appropriate support services for neonates in our Level III NICU.
<ul><li> Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, functional, and nutritional assessments</li></ul>
<ul><li> Determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomes based on patient condition</li></ul>
<ul><li> Develop and regularly update an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care</li></ul>
<ul><li> Implement nursing interventions, ensuring timely administration of treatments and medications</li></ul>
<ul><li> Provide direct and delegated patient care, maintaining oversight and accountability</li></ul>
<ul><li> Educate patients and families and coordinate discharge planning</li></ul>
<ul><li> Continuously evaluate patient progress and modify care plans as needed</li></ul>
<ul><li> Demonstrate proficiency in managing care of high-risk neonates per NAN, AAP, and department guidelines</li></ul>
<ul><li> Follow protocols for infant security and administer procedural sedation safely and effectively</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As an LPN in our medical clinic, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting providers and caring for patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities will include:
<ul><li> Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs and health histories</li></ul>
<ul><li> Administering medications and injections as ordered</li></ul>
<ul><li> Assisting with minor procedures and treatments</li></ul>
<ul><li> Coordinating patient care and follow-up</li></ul>
<ul><li> Providing education and support to patients and families</li></ul>
<ul><li> Documenting accurately in the electronic medical record</li></ul>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li> Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana</li></ul>
<ul><li> BLS certification (required)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Previous clinic or ambulatory care experience preferred</li></ul>
<ul><li> Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills</li></ul>
<ul><li> A team player who&rsquo;s passionate about patient-centered care</li></ul>
