Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative (BRPCC) is seeking a part-time or contract Dentist to join our interdisciplinary, mission-driven care team. This role offers meaningful clinical work, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in an underserved community&mdash;without sacrificing work-life balance.

This position is ideal for a new graduate, a seasoned clinician seeking flexibility, or a dentist looking to supplement an existing practice or schedule.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul>
<li>Deliver high-quality, patient-centered dental care in a collaborative primary care setting</li>
<li>Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform preventive and restorative dental procedures</li>
<li>Educate patients and families on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care</li>
<li>Partner with medical and administrative teams to support whole-person care</li>
<li>Help advance access to care in an inner-city, community-focused clinic</li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For

<li>DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program</li>
<li>Active Louisiana dental license (in good standing)</li>
<li>Current malpractice insurance and CPR certification</li>
<li>Ability to meet BRPCC credentialing requirements</li>
<li>A patient-first mindset and passion for community health</li>
