Role &amp; Responsibilities. - For Junior Accountant - Saudi National/ Citizen only1. Accounting &amp; Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily sales, collections, purchases, and expenses in Zoho Books.2. Cash Management: Verify cash expense documents, ensure tax‑compliant documentation, record transactions, request cash top‑ups, and deposit cash sales to the corporate bank account.3. Purchase Management: Coordinate purchases with HQ, manage the full purchase cycle, support monthly branch cash purchases, and verify deliveries with discrepancy reporting.4. Inventory Management: Track caf&eacute; inventory, control stock movement, conduct monthly counts, and prepare variance reports.5. Monthly Closing &amp; Reporting: Support monthly closing, management reporting, and audit documentation.6. Branch Visits: Visit branches across KSA (Jeddah) for monthly reviews and inventory checks.Key Skills1. Strong knowledge of Zoho Books, MS Office, and MS Excel.2. Good English communication (written and spoken).3. Logical thinker, detail‑oriented, and self‑initiated.4.
