Overview: We are looking for a talented and experienced Lady Chef for house, who is highly skilled in multi-cuisine dishes, with strong expertise in Arabic cuisine. The ideal candidate will have excellent cooking techniques, strong presentation skills, and the ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, with a strong focus on Arabic cuisine.</li><li>Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.</li><li>Develop new recipes and maintain consistency in taste and portioning.</li><li>Handle daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and planning.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the kitchen.</li><li>Manage food inventory, storage, and proper handling of ingredients.</li><li>Work efficiently during busy hours and ensure timely preparation of meals.</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Follow company guidelines for hygiene, food safety, and quality control.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Arabic and multi-cuisine dishes.</li><li>Strong knowledge of food presentation and modern plating techniques.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage the kitchen during full-day shifts.</li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills.</li><li>Good communication and a positive attitude.</li><li>Willing to work morning-to-night shift.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
