Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>The Research Associate II is responsible for contributing to all phases of Extractable &amp;</li></ul>
Leachable studies carried out IH and at CROs. This would include study design as sample
preparation, analysis, and data interpretation.<ul><li>Independently or with support of sub department manager, author and contribute to the</li></ul>
experimental protocols, process and interpret data, author technical reports in English.<ul><li>Ensure technical output of the team is of the highest quality, scientifically sound and appropriately</li></ul>
addresses the business need.<ul><li>Ensure compliance in all research, data collection and reporting activities.</li><li>Supervise and direct the lab work for junior level executives.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of relevant Quality System Regulations and other regulatory</li></ul>
requirements related to research and development (product development, design and safety) to
ensure compliance in all research, data collection and reporting activities.<ul><li>Support the build out of the R&amp;D- E&amp;L laboratory.</li><li>Develop and enhance technical capability through training and on job experience.</li><li>Ensure laboratory is equipped with instrumentation that is qualified to appropriate standards,</li></ul>
maintained in a functional state and aligns with the business needs.<ul><li>Key contributor during experimental study designs, execution and review/approval at IH &amp; CROs</li></ul>
study.<ul><li>Competent in interpreting complex analytical data and presenting in a form that is suitable for a</li></ul>
wide-ranging audience<ul><li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts to generate innovative</li></ul>
solutions to complex problems through the use of multiple disciplines and technical principles.<ul><li>Create innovative products/processes/methods through novel combinations of expertise within</li></ul>
the organization.<ul><li>Contribute to the long-term scientific strategy of the department.</li></ul>
Influence the regional external regulatory environment in the areas of Extractables &amp; Leachables,
Elemental Impurities, and Structure Elucidation.
Write technical reports and documenting development work.

 Position Summary 
 
The National Sales Manager based in Ankara will lead and drive the commercial success of Baxter Hillrom&rsquo;s Healthcare Systems &amp; Technologies (HST) portfolio (including patient beds, surgical tables, lights, front line care products, monitors) across T&uuml;rkiye. This includes developing national sales strategies, managing field sales teams, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and building strong relationships with key accounts such as hospitals, group purchasing organizations, and distributors. The role requires a strategic, data-driven, and people-oriented leader who can translate corporate goals into local market execution. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
 
Sales Strategy &amp; Execution<div><ul><li> 
Develop and implement national sales strategies in line with HST business goals.</li><li>Set annual revenue targets, sales KPIs, and performance metrics for regional sales teams.</li><li>Ensure alignment with global and regional commercial plans.</li></ul> 

Team Leadership &amp; Development</div><div><ul><li> 
Lead, coach, and develop a team of regional sales managers, account managers, and sales representatives.</li><li>Implement sales training programs to improve team capabilities in product knowledge, negotiation, and customer engagement.</li><li>Foster a performance-based and customer-centric culture.</li></ul> 

Market &amp; Business Development</div><div><ul><li> 
Analyze national market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns and support product launches.</li><li>Expand Hillrom&rsquo;s footprint through new account acquisition and penetration of existing accounts.</li></ul> 

Customer &amp; Channel Management</div><div><ul><li> 
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, IDNs, government institutions, and distributors.</li><li>Support contract negotiations and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.</li></ul> 

Sales Forecasting &amp; Budget Management</div><div><ul><li> 
Lead national demand planning, forecasting, and budgeting in collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain.</li><li>Monitor forecast accuracy, revenue realization, and inventory levels.</li><li>Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting to senior management.</li></ul> 

Cross-functional Collaboration</div><div><ul><li> 
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless execution.</li><li>Participate in the S&amp;OP process and help align commercial and operational goals.</li><li>Represent HST in internal and external business reviews.</li></ul> 

Compliance &amp; Governance</div><div><ul><li> 
Ensure full compliance with Baxter&rsquo;s Global Interactions Policy and local healthcare regulations.</li><li>Promote ethical sales behavior and transparency in all customer interactions.</li></ul></div>
This position will be located in Ankara.
