Position: Product Specialist
Schedule: Full-Time Hours, Saturdays Required!
Pay: $18.00/hour
Your Purpose as a Product Specialist at Toyota Lincoln<ul><li>
Meet with guests and tactfully guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.</li><li>
Personalize every interaction with guests whether they are company-provided leads, internet leads, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.</li><li>
Serve as an industry expert by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.</li><li>
Successfully set up and deliver vehicles after the purchase process is complete.</li><li>
Assist in troubleshooting vehicle technology features.</li><li>
Keep current on all new products, features and accessories with the represented brand(s). Attend product and training courses that are brand specific.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by Management.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be at last 18 years of age with a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle</li><li>
Ability and desire to make a positive impact with every interaction</li><li>
