We&rsquo;re growing our event presence and seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent Baxter Brewing with professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm.This internship offers a hands-on opportunity for students and early-career professionals to gain meaningful experience in craft beer marketing and sales. As a Brand Ambassador, you&rsquo;ll act as a key representative of the Baxter Brewing brand at public events, support local sales efforts, and contribute to our growing presence across Maine. Ambassadors will also complete a focus-based project aligned with their interests in marketing or sales, with support and feedback from the Baxter team.Ambassadors interact directly with customers, lead tastings, support sales visibility, and elevate Baxter&rsquo;s presence across Maine. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and delivering memorable tasting experiences.Responsibilities<ul><li>Engage with customers and event attendees to promote our brand and products effectively</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits</li><li>Collect data during events to analyze customer preferences and feedback</li><li>Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and interacting with followers</li><li>Assist in event marketing efforts, including setting up displays and promotional materials</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns professionally</li><li>Support branding initiatives through consistent messaging and presentation</li><li>Participate in public speaking engagements to educate audiences about our products and services</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of promotional campaigns</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus</li><li>Strong data collection skills for tracking engagement metrics and feedback</li><li>Proficiency in social media management platforms and content creation</li><li>Sales experience with the ability to persuade and influence audiences</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for reaching diverse communities</li><li>Knowledge of event marketing strategies and execution</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor</li><li>Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly communicate product benefits</li><li>Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including public speaking capabilities</li><li>Understanding of branding principles and marketing techniques</li></ul>This position is perfect for individuals passionate about marketing, community engagement, and representing brands authentically.
