Title: LCSW Clinical Supervisor<ul><li>
Hourly range: $42.63 to $46.15 per hour</li><li>
20-30 hours/week</li><li>
Approximately 7 weeks of paid time off per year (including holidays)</li><li>

Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or related field.</li><li>
Licensed with LMFT or LCSW for 2 years or more</li><li>
Current license as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.</li><li>
At least 1 year of experience providing clinical supervision in a mental health or related field.</li><li>
Experience providing behavioral and mental health services to children and families from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for the delivery of behavioral and mental health services.</li><li>
Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to support a team of clinicians and staff.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul> 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Supervise a team of clinicians and oversee the delivery of evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions in schools and community settings.</li><li>
Provide clinical supervision, consultation, and training to staff to ensure the delivery of culturally responsive and trauma-informed services.</li><li>
Collaborate with school staff and community partners to support the development and implementation of behavioral and mental health programs and services.</li><li>
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure program effectiveness and fidelity to evidence-based practices.</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with funders and stakeholders to support program sustainability and growth.</li><li>
Participate in the development of grant proposals and program budgets.</li><li>
Collaborate with the behavioral and mental health team and other BACR program areas to support the overall mission and strategic plan of the agency.</li></ul>

Job Title: Financial Analyst
Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid. Remote work with required attendance at occasional in-person meetings and events.) 
Reports To: CFO 
Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Support the development and coordination of the organization&rsquo;s annual budget in collaboration with Finance leadership and program teams.</li><li>
Assist with financial forecasting, multi-year financial planning, and reforecasting processes throughout the fiscal year.</li><li>
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including budget-to-actual analysis and variance explanations for leadership and program managers.</li><li>
Analyze revenue, expenses, and program financial performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.</li><li>
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.</li><li>
Partner with Program Managers to monitor project and grant budgets and identify potential budget variances.</li><li>
Assist in reviewing program expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets and organizational financial policies.</li><li>
Support financial reporting for grants and contracts in collaboration with the Project Accounting team.</li><li>
Develop and maintain financial dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Maintain financial models, reporting templates, and analytical tools used by the Finance department.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure alignment between financial analysis, general ledger data, and financial reporting.</li><li>
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, data quality, and reporting automation.</li><li>
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports requested by Finance leadership and executive management.</li><li>
Assist in preparing financial materials and presentations for leadership and board meetings.</li><li>
Support financial analysis and modeling for organizational strategic initiatives.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.</li><li>
Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or financial planning.</li><li>
Experience working with financial data and reporting systems.</li><li>
Experience with enterprise financial systems such as Workday Financial Management preferred.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>
Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial models, data analysis).</li><li>
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.</li><li>
Ability to translate financial information into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience working in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations.</li><li>
Familiarity with nonprofit financial structures including restricted and unrestricted funding.</li><li>
Experience with financial dashboards and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).</li><li>
Experience supporting budgeting and strategic planning processes.</li></ul>
