Overview We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to effectively manage our online reputation and foster relationships with our community.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.</li><li>Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement through social listening.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.</li><li>Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Engage in public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility and manage relationships with influencers and partners.</li><li>Conduct proofreading of all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications for scheduling posts and analyzing performance.</li><li>Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of web analytics tools to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Experience in branding strategies that align with overall marketing goals.</li><li>A passion for photography is a plus, enhancing visual storytelling capabilities.
