What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Lead &amp; Inspire</b></h3><ul><li>
Supervise and coach branch staff, providing ongoing training and development</li><li>
Assist with performance management, goal setting, and staff motivation</li><li>
Support staffing schedules, timekeeping, and daily team operations</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service</b></h3><ul><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution</li><li>
Build and maintain strong customer relationships</li><li>
Provide financial solutions tailored to customer needs</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Drive Results &amp; Growth</b></h3><ul><li>
Support branch goals through referrals, relationship development, and retention</li><li>
Assist with business development efforts, including outreach and community involvement</li><li>
Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships across bank services</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Ensure Operational Excellence</b></h3><ul><li>
Oversee daily branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager</li><li>
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li><li>
Maintain security, cash controls, and operational accuracy</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Be a Team Player</b></h3><ul><li>
Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience</li><li>
Participate in community events and initiatives to grow the Bank&rsquo;s presence</li><li>
Promote a strong, positive, and customer-focused team culture</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h2><ul><li>
Previous banking experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills</li><li>
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities</li><li>
Knowledge of banking products, services, and operations</li><li>
Loan origination experience and NMLS registration preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li><li>
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members</li><li>
Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability</li><li><div>
Bilingual skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish are a plus, but not required</div></li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
