<div>About the Role:

The LPL Investment Services Registered Administrative Associate provides support and coordination for the Investment Services Team for all activities related to member service, data collection and reporting, processing paperwork and coordination of business development activities. Assist department manager with the oversight of referral process. Works to help leads flow to the appropriate resources in the department. Actively participates in financial planning and Investment Services team projects. 


Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40 hours per week; Monday &ndash; Friday 


What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul><li>
Provide administrative support to the LPL Financial Advisor to ensure smooth daily operations
</li><li>
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
</li><li>
Prepare account applications, transfer forms, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently
</li><li>
Assist in scheduling client meetings and managing calendars
</li><li>
Handle confidential client data with professionalism and accuracy
</li><li>
Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers
</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date client records and assist in compliance documentation
</li><li>
Support marketing and client engagement efforts, including follow-up communications</li></ul> 


You&rsquo;re Perfect For This Role If You Have:
<ul><li>FINRA Series 6 or 7, and 63 or 66 licenses
</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills
</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
</li><li>
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail
</li><li>
A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
</li><li>
Previous financial services or investment-related experience preferred</li></ul>

Bay Federal considers many factors in determining base pay such as experience, education/training, internal peer equity, job location, and other business considerations when extending an offer. For Santa Cruz, CA only, the pay scale Bay Federal reasonably expects to pay for this position is $29.38- $36.73 per hour. Salaries are based on the geographic location in which you live if working remotely.

<div>About the Role:

The Home Loan Consultant - Hybrid will proactively solicit new residential first and second mortgage home loans that meet established loan quality and production goals. This includes but is not limited to spending 51% of time on outside sales such as origination of home loan products based on contacts with realtors and/or builders. This also includes spending a portion on time in a Bay Fed CU branch as a resource and mentor for branch staff that originate and refer home loan products. Identify, develop and maintain a network of business relationships that serve as a recurring source of referrals for new home lending opportunities. Ensures exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, complying with all Credit Union, federal and state compliance policies.

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul><li>
Source and originate first mortgage home loans by developing strong relationships with realtors, builders, and other business professionals.</li><li>
Close Bay Federal home loan applications submitted by branch and call center staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>
Generate new loan inquiries from existing members, referrals, and external sources through targeted marketing and outreach efforts.</li><li>
Conduct presentations at branches, real estate offices, and community seminars to promote Bay Federal&rsquo;s home loan products.</li><li>
Guide applicants through loan options, clearly explaining the benefits, terms, and required documentation for each product.</li><li>
Analyze applicants&rsquo; financial profiles to determine loan eligibility and communicate conditional approvals or denials effectively.</li><li>
Manage a personal loan pipeline to meet production goals, quality standards, and established turnaround times.</li><li>
Ensure complete and compliant loan documentation is submitted for underwriting and support the borrower through closing and funding.</li></ul> 


You&rsquo;re Perfect For This Role If You Have:
<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in mortgage loan sales, with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business or finance preferred.</li><li>
Registered and in good standing with the NMLS (SAFE Act compliant), with a valid California driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li><li>
Skilled in analyzing financial and credit data to match members with appropriate loan products.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan origination systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li><li>
Excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships, meet sales goals, and provide ethical, member-first service.</li></ul>
