<p><b>WHAT WERE HIRING FOR?</b></p>
<div><b>1. Closets Sales &amp; Design Consultant:</b><br>
<ul><li>Design and sell custom cabinetry, closets, home offices, garages, media centers, and other storage solutions.</li><li>Use our proprietary 3D rendering software to create organization units.</li></ul></div>
<div><b>2. Window Fashions Sales Designer:</b><br>
<ul><li>Provide in-home design consultations for custom shades, drapes, blinds, and shutters.</li><li>Achieve same-day sales by building rapport and showcasing product benefits.</li></ul></div>
<div><b>YOUR ROLE</b><br>
Your mission is to help Bay Area homeowners &lsquo;Love Where They Live&rsquo; though any of our beautiful, elegant and functional products and services!<br>
<ul><li>There is absolutely NO cold calling! Our customers find us through many different pathways, and all of your appointments are pre-set at customer request.</li><li>Conduct in-home design consultations.</li><li>Convert appointments into sales and work with a project coordinator for seamless project completion.</li><li>Be creative, energetic, organized, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Previous design experience is NOT required. We provide comprehensive paid training to help you become the expert!</li></ul></div>
<div><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br>
<ul><li>Provide quotes, write orders, and ensure project completion.</li><li>Serve as a liaison between customers, vendors, installers, and support teams.</li><li>Work some evenings and Saturdays.</li></ul></div>

<div><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br>
<ul><li>Passion for interior design, home decor, or relevant industry experience.</li><li>2+ years of experience selling high-end or high-ticket items.</li><li>Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven success in meeting KPIs.</li><li>Reliable transportation, a valid driver&rsquo;s license, and proper insurance.</li><li>Tech-savvy with the ability to use email, Salesforce, and other apps.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to undergo a criminal and credit background check.</li></ul></div>
