This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys independence, variety in their day, and the satisfaction of seeing their work make a direct impact on residents and property owners.If you&rsquo;re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering quality work, we want to hear from you.Why Join Bay Property Management Group?<ul><li>Competitive hourly pay at $32.00/hour</li><li>Consistent, full-time work with a growing company</li><li>Independence in your day-to-day schedule</li><li>Supportive team environment with opportunities for long-term growth</li><li>Strong benefits package and paid time off</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll DoIn this role, you&rsquo;ll handle a wide range of maintenance tasks across multiple properties, ensuring homes are safe, functional, and move-in ready.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Completing service requests such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting repairs</li><li>Handling general handyman work including doors, windows, screens, blinds, and weatherproofing</li><li>Repairing and installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, and flooring</li><li>Performing move-out inspections and preparing homes for new residents</li><li>Completing full unit turns, including painting when needed</li><li>Using AppFolio to manage inspections, work orders, and updates</li><li>Providing repair estimates and maintaining cost efficiency</li><li>Keeping accurate records of work orders, invoices, and receipts</li><li>Managing a flexible, fast-paced daily schedule across multiple locations</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>Proven experience in residential maintenance (painting required)</li><li>Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs</li><li>HVAC and/or plumbing certification preferred, but not required</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record</li><li>Reliable work van or pickup truck for daily use</li><li>Required vehicle insurance coverage</li><li>Your own tools for maintenance work</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Comfortable using mobile apps and work order systems (AppFolio a plus)</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time role</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Evening and weekend availability as needed</li><li>Local travel required between properties</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$32.00 per hour</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Employee-paid health insurance</li><li>6 paid holidays</li><li>15 days PTO after 90-day probationary period</li></ul>What Makes This Role Stand OutThis is not a typical maintenance job.
