Per Diem Clinician - Residential
San Antonio Recovery Center opened May of 2012. We are nestled in the heart of San Antonio, with three separate locations servicing detox, residential, PHP, and IOP levels of care. The mission of SARC is to provide compassionate and comprehensive treatment for individuals grappling with mental health and substance use disorders. We are dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to recovery, fostering a sense of belonging within our supportive community. Through evidenced-based therapies, personalized care plans, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we strive to guide our clients toward lasting recovery and the restoration of their well-being. At SARC we are united in our determination to make a positive impact, one life at a time. SARC is a co-occurring inpatient and outpatient treatment center. 
The clinician is responsible for providing direct clinical services to adult clients and their families enrolled in SARC including individual, group and family therapy. In collaboration with treatment team staff to ensure quality of care provided to clients in all levels of care, according to client&rsquo;s needs and level of care. 
Required:<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree</li><li>
License: LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT current license in Texas.</li></ul>
Desired:<ul><li>
Experience in addiction and dual diagnoses.</li><li>
Experience running process therapy groups.</li><li>
Experience working with adults, couples and families who struggle with substance abuse.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Receive, review, and promptly respond to intake referrals within 72 hours upon assignment of the case.</li><li>
Ability to manage a caseload of clients.</li><li>
Conduct Bio/Psycho/Social assessments, diagnoses and formulate treatment plans.</li><li>
Complete and assist clients in aftercare and discharge planning.</li><li>
Contact client family within 72 hours of admit and continue to update them, if consent permits.</li><li>
Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, family and/or couples therapy to clients and their families.</li><li>
Provide case management services as needed, including referrals to necessary outside resources when needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with professionals both within and outside the agency, as appropriate.</li><li>
Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented client records with a quality of documentation that meets DSHS and JCAHO standards.</li><li>
Share responsibility for on-call emergency consultation and crisis intervention, including after-hours telephone coverage.</li><li>
Must be available on weekends to cover emergencies/shifts as needed.</li><li>
Attend team meetings on a weekly basis to ensure quality care for clients.</li><li>
Attend staff development and general staff meetings.</li></ul>

Full Time Receptionist - Healthcare
MedMark Treatment Centers is looking for highly organized, professional and enthusiastic receptionist to handle a multitude of administrative functions in the treatment center. An ideal candidate is able to multitask and ensure the coordination of office activities, partner with clinic staff and maintain the paper flow of clerical functions in the office. 
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Performs secretarial duties &ndash; includes answering phones, forwarding calls, managing mail flow, data entry, reconcile daily money collected, and office inventory control.
</li><li>Assist Medical Director/Program Physician/Nurse Practitioner with patient intakes &ndash; including scheduling, patient check in, insurance verification, payment collection and follow up calls.
</li><li>Assists in obtaining patient histories from other NTP&rsquo;s, building blank patient files for new admissions, archiving discharged files, and prepares and maintains reports and records.</li><li>
Office maintenance &ndash; ensure children&rsquo;s play area is cleaned, disinfect and clean lab area, clean coffee/beverage area.
</li><li>If applicable - facilitate specimen collection from patients, deliver to lab, file results and distribute to counselors
</li><li>Other duties, as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1-year prior experience in an office setting.
</li><li>Excellent customer service skills and professional public presentation skills, including telephone etiquette.</li><li>
Proficient in basic PC skills. Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.</li><li>
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions, establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, program management, medical staff, counselors and peers.</li><li>
Ability to maintain routine records and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.</li><li>
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.</li><li>
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.</li><li>
Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.

 Health Care Resource Center is looking for a detail oriented and empathetic Licensed Practical Nurse to dispense prescribed medications as part of a treatment team in partnership with Physicians and Nursing Supervisors. The dispensing nurse also shares responsibility of maintaining dispensing equipment, managing medication inventory and reporting patient treatment information.
 
 
 An ideal dispensing nurse candidate works cooperatively with supervisory counseling staff and demonstrates a non-judgmental and accepting attitude toward the Substance Use Disorder.
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Administer daily medication to patients in accordance with program policy and medical protocols.
 </li>

 Use automated dispensing system(s), calibrate pump and maintain dispensing equipment
 </li>
 <li>
