The ideal candidate enjoys communication, can professionally manage a high volume of daily messages, and is comfortable making thoughtful decisions independently.Key Responsibilities Client Communication &amp; Customer Experience<ul><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, texts, and client inquiries</li><li>Respond professionally and promptly to scheduling requests, service questions, and client concerns</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, confidence, and problem-solving</li><li>Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company processes</li><li>Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional office environment</li><li>Represent Bay Shores Cleaning Company at occasional community events</li><li>Maintain strong phone presence professional, warm, clear, and confident communication</li></ul>Scheduling &amp; Operations Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate daily technician appointments and route schedules efficiently</li><li>Make real-time scheduling adjustments when technicians call off, appointments shift, or client needs change</li><li>Match technician availability, skill sets, and service needs to appointments</li><li>Communicate daily updates and operational needs clearly with field staff using Slack, phone, text, and email</li><li>Help troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and operational challenges quickly and professionally</li><li>Track technician attendance, clock-ins/outs, and daily activity updates</li><li>Make thoughtful day-to-day decisions that keep operations moving smoothly</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Office Operations<ul><li>Manage shared email inboxes and office communication channels</li><li>Maintain accurate client records, contact lists, and service notes in company software systems</li><li>Prepare letters, reports, onboarding materials, and administrative documents</li><li>Monitor office and cleaning supply inventory levels, place orders, receive shipments, and maintain organized stock areas</li><li>Keep office supply inventory processed, stocked, and ready for daily team use</li><li>Support daily operational tasks such as laundry processing, office organization, stocking supplies, and maintaining readiness for team operations</li><li>Help maintain a clean, tidy, organized, and professional office environment</li><li>Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome kits, orientation materials, and office setup tasks</li></ul>Technology &amp;
