Job description:Job Overview： We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in bookkeeping software. The Bookkeeper will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health of our organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.</li><li>Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning.</li><li>Perform double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in all financial reporting.</li><li>Utilize software such as QuickBooks for efficient bookkeeping operations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with governmental accounting standards and public accounting regulations.</li><li>Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in bookkeeping software, particularly QuickBooks.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial concepts, including debits and credits.</li><li>Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.</li><li>Knowledge of double entry bookkeeping principles.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.</li></ul>If you are passionate about numbers, have a keen eye for detail, and possess the skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
