Principle Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Facilitate biweekly new employee on-boarding</li><li>
Handles all facets of agency:</li><li>
Audit preparation</li><li>
Onboarding</li><li>
Credentialing process</li><li>
New hire HRIS set up and maintenance</li><li>
Trainings</li><li>
Assists the Director of Human Resources with:</li><li>
Performance management process</li><li>
Other duties as assigned based on programmatic needs</li><li>
Cross trains in all HR roles and responsibilities</li><li>
Utilizes the HRIS to the fullest extent to automate processes</li><li>
Handles administrative functions for the Human Resources Department</li></ul>
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: (Education and Experience)<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
Experience in Human Resources desired</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative</li><li>
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>
Must be MS Office proficient</li><li>
Must be a self starter with high energy level and ability to multi-task and re-prioritize based on needs of the programs that we serve</li><li>
Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver responses based on customer needs</li><li>
Experience or desire to work in a non-profit environment a plus</li><li>
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality a must</li><li>
Valid MA driver&rsquo;s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance</li><li>
Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program</li></ul>
