Location: Corporate Office (Staten Island, NY) &amp; Baya Bar Locations Hours: Part-Time (3 Days a Week)About Us: Baya Bar is a fast-growing acai bowl and smoothie shop with 41 locations, offering fresh, vibrant products. We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing &amp; Graphic Designer Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a dynamic environment, has a passion for design, social media, and marketing, and enjoys being part of a fun, innovative brand.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with designing and organizing engaging social media posts</li><li>Support the creation of marketing materials, including flyers, promotional items, and digital content</li><li>Visit Baya Bar locations to help film content videos and capture in-store experiences</li><li>Manage paperwork related to marketing campaigns and content projects</li><li>Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to brainstorm ideas and execute marketing strategies</li><li>Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)</li><li>Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li><li>Creativity and a keen eye for design</li><li>Interest in the health food industry is a plus</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>3 days a week, based in the corporate office or visiting various Baya Bar locations as needed</li></ul>To Apply: Please submit your resume, a portfolio of your design work, and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in this role.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $500.00 per weekExpected hours: 20.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Staten Island, NY 10306
