We are looking for a Full-Time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage at our St Petersburg clinic. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities - Licensed Physical Therapist:<ul><li>
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans</li><li>
Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization.</li><li>
Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies</li><li>
Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary</li><li>
Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic</li><li>
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice</li><li>
Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems.</li><li>
Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.</li></ul>

Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist:<ul><li>
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program</li><li>
Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist</li><li>
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &amp;/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
</li><li>A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
