Effectively manage day to day scheduling of the critical care group which includes physicians and advanced practice providers. Schedules will be uploaded into Amion and QGenda for reporting and communicated to Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center Medical Staff Office for posting as required by Joint Commission.</li><li>
Reports on and analyzes physician productivity and shift trends and work with Medical Director to make any shift adjustments necessary.</li><li>
Manages initial HR process for new recruitment including credentialing processes.</li><li>
Manages and analyzes financial reports tracking physician expense and operating expense to ensure group is spending within allocated budget.</li><li>
Manages supplemental pay process for critical care group including gathering and validating time sheets, creating supplemental pay documents, submitting budget revisions, obtaining affiliate approval, and submission for payout.</li><li>
Manages the on-boarding process and provide training for new providers regarding billing practices and procedures.</li><li>
Manages calendar for Medical Director and Chief of Service.</li><li>
Gathers quality and productivity metrics and calculate bonus payouts quarterly and annually.</li><li>
Responsible for credentialing process for new providers and re-credentialing for existing providers.</li><li>
Assigns death certificates.</li><li>
Audits and analyzes billing work queues and implement improvement plans as necessary</li><li>

Senior Coordinator, Business Operations - (Medicine)

The Center for Comparative Medicine (CCM) ensures the health and well-being of research animals at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). CCM provides the highest quality animal care and acts as a resource for the faculty on veterinary and scientific issues relating to the use of laboratory animals. This position supports the animal facility cage wash area by washing animal caging, processing dirty and clean caging through automated cage wash, and maintaining the cleanliness of the cage wash area.</p><p></p><p><br>
Standard CCM hours are Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm. Weekend and holiday work is required, on a rotational basis, as CCM is operational 365days a year. Coverage during weather related storms may be required, as the need arises.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

The Complex Care Clinic at Texas Children's Hospital seeks another MD or DO to join its team of outpatient complex care pediatricians and nurse practitioners. Our program staff include clinical nurses and medical assistants, nurse care coordinators, patient navigators, social workers, and dedicated dietitian team. An embedded child/adolescent psychiatrist is also part of the team. We provide primary care, consultations, and care coordination for children with medical complexity. The patient population is focused on youth with medical complexity from the Houston metro area. Our patients' diagnoses include extreme prematurity, tracheostomy and ventilator dependence, genetic disorders, short bowel syndrome.</p><p></p><p><br>
While primarily responsible for direct clinical care as a primary care pediatrician, this position would also involve research, advocacy, and education for families, health care professionals, and others. The Complex Care Clinic program is housed within the Section of Academic General Pediatrics and includes a wide array of faculty experts in medical education, health policy, advocacy, immigrant health and vaccination policy.</p><p></p><p><br>
The ideal candidate would preferably have experience in complex care or team-based, comprehensive care. An ability to work well with parents and a multidisciplinary team is essential, as is a passion for working with children and youth with special health care needs.
