Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our inpatient rehabilitation unit, you&rsquo;ll provide direct patient care and serve as a key member of both the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.</div><div></div><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll apply the nursing process&mdash;systematically assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care&mdash;to help restore and maintain each patient&rsquo;s physical and psychological health, while supporting their personal goals. You&rsquo;ll also serve as an educator to patients, families, and fellow team members, promoting understanding and empowerment throughout the recovery journey.</div><div></div><div><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.</li><li>
BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred.</li><li>
Certified BLS completion and maintenance required; for new hires, see CPR Requirement Guidelines for New Hires.</li><li>
Previous rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Receive admissions and/or transfers</li><li>
Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment</li><li>
Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC</li><li>
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry</li><li>
Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately</li><li>
Instruct and counsel patients/families</li></ul>
Qualifications:
